What we fix
Wine is sensitive to heat and to temperature swings, so a wine cooler that drifts a few degrees is worth a visit before it costs you a case. We repair Sub-Zero wine storage, Thermador and Liebherr wine columns, and undercounter units from U-Line, Marvel, Viking and Zephyr.
Many undercounter units breathe through a small front grille. In tight cabinetry that airflow is often the first thing to check, before fans, sensors or the sealed system.

Questions people ask
Should I move my wine before the repair?
Not usually. Keep the door closed. If the unit is above 65°F and the repair needs parts, we will tell you so you can move the bottles that matter most.
How much does a service call cost?
The service call is $79. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the $79 is waived.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. After the diagnosis your technician gives you the repair price. Nothing is done until you approve it.
