When you book a repair, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, service address, optional email and notes about the appliance. We use them only to schedule and carry out your repair and to contact you about it.
Booking requests are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The address search in the booking form sends what you type to the Photon geocoder (photon.komoot.io), based on OpenStreetMap data, to suggest matching addresses. The map on our site is provided by Google Maps.
We do not sell or share your information for marketing. To have your details removed, email qazchicago1@gmail.com or call 630-333-6250.
