What we fix
A washer full of water is stressful, but it is usually a drain pump, a blocked pump filter or a lid or door lock. Shaking and loud spinning point to suspension parts or drum bearings. We diagnose on site and tell you whether the repair makes sense for the machine's age.
In condos and stacked closets we bring the right tools to work in tight spaces and protect the floor from water.

Questions people ask
How do I get water out of my front-load washer?
Most front loaders have a pump filter behind a small panel at the bottom front, with a drain tube. Put towels and a shallow pan down first. If the filter is clear and it still won't drain, the pump has likely failed.
How much does a service call cost?
The service call is $79. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the $79 is waived.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. After the diagnosis your technician gives you the repair price. Nothing is done until you approve it.
