Say yes and the $79 is waived. Most repairs are done on the first visit; special parts are ordered and installed on a return trip.

The service call is $79. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the $79 is waived.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. After the diagnosis your technician gives you the repair price. Nothing is done until you approve it.
